Mother Goose Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to Scrapbookaholic By Abby's blog and to the Mother Goose Blog Hop!!! I will tell you why! 

Being raised in a Mexican family our "nursery rhymes" are well, not your typical stories! Our little songs and stories are usually more on the scary side! Yep!! We have "La Llorona" (The Weeping Woman)  and "El Cucuy" (The Boogie Man). So, when I started researching about nursery rhymes.... it was all new to me!!

I decided to choose a nursery rhyme that I thought was cute: 

PUSSY-CAT AND QUEEN

Pussy-Cat, Pussy-Cat

Where have you been?"

"I've been to London

To look at the Queen."

"Pussy-cat, pussy-cat,

What did you there?"

I frightened a little mouse

Under the chair."

If you know me, well you know that I am not a fan of cats! But, as soon as I read this I new I had the perfect stamp for it!! 

This is what I created inspired by the nursery rhyme:
