Challenge Day over @ Little Scraps of Heaven Designs

Happy Friday!!! Today is day for another FUN challenge over at Little Scraps Of Heaven Designs!!

The theme is ALL ABOUT BOYS with a little  twist! make sure you use buttons on your project!

I created this cute LO for my aunt. When her kids were younger they use to go to Charreadas  A LOT, charreadas is something similar to rodeos. Anyways, her kids always dressed for those events and she has tons of pictures!

I used DCWV stack Mi Casa and pattern Mariachi Player from LSHD and just in case you are wondering what Mariachi is check it out HERE!

Mi Mariachito is the diminutive form of Mariachi. In Mexico we used the diminutive form of things to express love and affection.

Thank you for taking a peek and don't forget to join in the fun!

and don't forget tomorrow I am hosting a blog hop!

My Creative Time's Throwback Thursday!

Hi everyone!! It's that time again!! Throwback Thursday with Emma!!! and to be honest, after all Emma has gone through, I really thought our Throwback Thursday would be postponed.... but as Emma shared with us, scrapping is her therapy so I'm happy!! The challenge for this week to use the color green and any cartridge!! Easy enough right??

I used  Baby Steps cart, DCWV paper, Peachy Keen faces and the new stamp set called "You're My Best Buddy", this is one of my favorites!!!!!!

Here is my card:

What do you think??? I mean.... look!! I HAVE NO GYPSY!!!!! Pretty good huh?? I cut the first layer twice in the brown (which you can see in the shoes) and again in skin color and just used the head part!!! I was soooo happy that I could still peachify my little guy!!!

So don't forget to go visit Emma and take a look at all the inspiration you will find with the other DT members!!! They always amaze me with their creations!!!

Thank you for taking a peek and don't forget that I live for your comments!!!!

Throwback Thursday~~ A Walk in My Garden

Hello all!! I hope you are having a nice week! Are you ready for a long weekend?! I know I am! I get to go to visit my family!!! I am sooo happy and excited!!

Today is time for another Throwback Thursday with My Creative Time and this time around you get to dust off "A Walk In My Garden" and use flowers on your project. I don't particularly have that cart, but I did want to make sure I used an older cart. I used Accent Essentials.

For my project I got to use the Paper Princess stamp set. I created a one-page layout about me!! I remember doing a couple of LOs last year all about me, and that was it! Anytime I create layouts is mostly about my kids and family. So this time around it's all about me!!
I got inspired by using Sassy Lil Sketches.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't take this as if I am making fun of ANYTHING!
This is all fun and I don't want to upset anyone.

I used one of my favorite stacks from DCWV, Mi Casa.

Make sure you go visit My Creative Time and take a look at the wonderful creations Emma and the other DTs have created .

Thank you very much as always for taking a peek and leaving your beautiful comments!
Those words you leave here are what feeds me to keep creating!

Gracias

Hello and welcome to Emma's Stamptastic Blog Hop!!! First of all, I want to wish Emma a quick recovery! She is a little sick and we are praying so that everything goes well and she gets better soon!!! If you came from Nikki then you are heading in the right direction! If not, make sure you start with Emma!!!

This is our very first blog hop and I am really excited!!

Emma's has out 8 super cute and fun stamp sets. Click HERE to go to her store and check all the details on them!

It is my turn to showcase one of the newer sets, Turn That Frown Upside Down.

Here is the card I made (I got inspired by one of Nikki's cards).

I used one of my sister's images (Kich N Bleus Designs).

I also have to share with you guys that it was my grandmother's b-day yesterday (she turned 82) and I made a card for her using the Polka Dot Surprise stamp set.

For this card I used the Peachy Keen Challenge sketch for this week. Paper is K & Company.

And today is MY MOMMA'S BDAY!!!
¡¡Feliz Cumpleños ama!!! ¡¡Te amo y no sabes cuanto te estraño!!!!
So, I made a card for her! A little different than usual because of the size and the combination of elegant and fun doll. She loves to glam things up. Not my favorite card...... but, I wanted to still show you guys! I also used the Polka Dot Surprise stamp set!

Bigui is my mama's nickname.

Used DCWV paper and Peachy Keen Faces...

I used a Wobble for two of the cards. Take a look at my video to see them in action!!

Want some candy??

Emma is giving away a stamp set on each of the blogs!!!

Scrappin Roots Blog Hop

Hello all and welcome to the Scrappin Roots Blog Hop!! If you happen to pop in, then make sure you start with Erin

This is hop is for us to remember LAYOUTS!! Remember those?? That is how I actually started with all this craziness! But I have been getting so much into cards that I forget about LOs. I really love to play with my pictures and seeing them on layouts gives me so much satisfaction!  But, as you will see right now, I am contradicting myself because I didn't print pictures for my LOs! LOL Sorry!!!

But, what I did do was create a 2-page layout withOUT using my Cricut and fancy machines!! and then the other two I used my Cricut and my Cuttlebug!

So just be patient with me I have three layouts for you and I hope you can get inspired!

First Up is my Cricut -Less Layout... I used the new DCWV Inmortal Love and chipboard also. Like I mentioned before, I only used a border punch and a circle maker.

For the next two layouts I used the South West Collection from Treasure Box Designs. Aren't they the most adorable cuts!!! I love them!!! and when you purchase them they come in all kinds of formats!!! I used the SVG format and cut them using Make The Cut with my Expression!
The papers I used I bought at small scrapbook stores in So. Cal a while ago. The girl collection is from Creative Imagination and the boy is Sugar Free.

I did not put titles because I don't have pictures for these LOs.... I was thinking of maybe putting them on Ebay and let them be the beginning of my business... hmmmm I'm still thinking about that!

Anyways make sure you guys visit all the ladies and get inspired to create more and more LAYOUTs!!!

Next on the hop:

wait!!! what is a hop without candy?!!?

How about a stamp set Hampton Art ~~All About Friends set!

I only ask that you leave a comment on this post!
