Basic Grey Card Kits!! LOVING THEM!!

Hello all!!  If you follow me and follow my BFF Gaby you know that we are crazy for Basic Grey (she is more than me, don't tell her i said that!)!! We do the POTM (page of the month) and we LOVE it!!!

I had seen their card kits before but never gave it much attention. Well, I decided to buy some kits and help out my son's school as a fundraiser for a trip they are doing to DC.

These kits are awesome!!! It comes with everything you need! Each kits comes with enough material to create 8 cards and easy to follow instructions.

I started with the Wisteria collection and followed the instructions like they come.... but, I need my ribbon! For the next ones I will use some ribbon, bling, and maybe some stickles.

Lil Abby Scrappin!

Happy Monday everyone! I was doing some scrap cleaning and Abby (my daughter) was trying to help out but kept messing up my stuff. So, I sat her on her high-chair and gave her some stuff to keep her busy!

All I did was put glue on the ribbon (and folded sides), put glue dots on the buttons! Oh and the cuts were already done! She placed everything herself!!! Not the best.... but hey! it's her very first card!!!! I love it!

Can't wait till we can actually scrap together and ohhhh the shopping we will do!!!!! How FUN!!!!

Forgot to tell you, she is just 2 1/2!!!!!

Hello!! Today I have for you an 8 x 8 LO I did for ScrapTiffany back in July. With all the moving that was going on, I forgot to post it. I used the animal stack from DCWV (forgot the name).

The cutie in the picture is Sasha.

Another ScrapTiffany Reveal! Hybrid!

Today over at ScrapTiffany we were challenged to create something hybrid..... hmmmm for a long while I wondered what that meant. It wasn't till when the Monday Girls had their reveal that I understood!!

It's the combination of scrappin and using your computer!

For my LO I used a sentiment that I found on internet and printed it on cardstock.

All the paper and embellishments are Basic Grey.

My favorite challenge... Throwback Thursday with Emma!!!

Hello Friends!!! I am loving this challenge!!! I just got this paper, it's the new Halloween Stack from DCWV.

Like many other fellow blogger/scrappers, I too had lost my mojo.... maybe it's the back to school stuff that had me in the non-creative mood... as soon as I saw Emma's challenge and remembered my new stack, IT CAME BACK!!!!!

For ScrapTiffany last week we were challenged to create something using naked chipboard. This is the first time I create something like this and I really enjoyed it! I made it thinking of my BFF, Gaby :) I will use a picture of both of us on the top and then one of each for the rest.

Emma's Thursday Throwback #9 !!!!!!!!!

Hello my beautiful followers and viewers!!!! I missed Emma's TT soooo much!!!!

I am so excited that I have internet access again!!! YEY!!

Before I go on to share my entry for Emma's TT I have to thank all the beautiful comments that were left on my previous post. You have no idea how it has made me calmer and believe it or not... a lot less sad!!!!!

Onto Emma's TT challenge!!!

As all you know, I moved up north about 40 minutes from Sacramento. It is a little city called Plumas Lake. Today my two older boys had their orientation at their school. Culture shock here we come!!!!!! We are so used to the regular 85% Latino community back in So Cal. Well, here, we are about 10%!!! LOL It is a really nice school, very (VERY)small!!! again, another shock!! In So Cal we are SUPER over-crowded..... here in our middle school..... we have empty classrooms!!!!!!

Anyways, with the new changes in our lives I wanted to make a card for my boys and remind them to stay true to themselves and be who they are. They do not have to change to fit into a new school.... they just have to be themselves..... So here is my card...

I missed my blogging world sooooo much!!!!!!! and a little GIVEAWAY!!!!!!!

Hello my dear followers!!!!!!!! I have missed this world of ours so much..... really!!! You have no idea!!!! I am actually still internet-less at home! I am blogging from Chick-Fill-A. I have moved up north. I have a mix of emotions. While I am loving the beautiful community and much bigger home! I can't help but still feel sad that I do not have my parents, grandmothers, brother, sisters, aunts, uncles and my friends close to me!!!! :'( I am very close to my family.... and when I say close... well, I mean CLOSE...

I don't know how long I will be staying up here... I was thinking 1-2 years and just the other day my hubby mentioned it might be more than that!!!

Anyways, I will focus on the positive, right?? I have Scrapbook Expo in November close to me!!! YEY!! My DH has already said he will take the kids all day!!!

In the meantime I will share with you a project I did a few weeks back.

I found this beautiful project at a little scrapbook store in Azuza, CA. It did not have a specific name for this but I will call it the "Carousel Project"!! I really love it!!! I made another one for ScrapTiffany using Basic Grey Paper!! You can see that project here!!!

And just to thank all my followers for being patient with me, I have a giveaway!! I forgot to take a picture of it... it is a kit to make 4 layouts for a wedding!!! It is really cute!!! As soon as I have access I will upload a picture!!!

I have packed everything except the big furniture…. Aside from being tired physically, I can’t even begin to tell you about the emotional part of it.
