Throwback Thursday is back!!!

Throwback Thursday is back and I am happy!!! I really enjoy doing these challenges! This week at My Creative Time the theme is "Your choice Thursday". Emma requested that we use an older cart, but if you don't have any older carts you can use what you have.... the thing is.... since today is also Hello Thursday... well, aren't ALL carts that are out considered older?? hehehe

Anyways, I really wanted to use a cart that I have not touched and I cut this cute cowgirl from the Country Life Cart.

Can you tell I am in love with the Tri-Fold card? i really love this type of card!

Playing with Serenade by Flowerdisco and Friends~~~Week 1

Hello my dear followers and viewers! My fellow blogger Agnes is starting a series with the Serenade cart and a few of us get to play along with her to show you what can be done with this awesome cartridge. 

So, every Wednesday for the next month and a half each of us gets to play with one image.

This week I got to use image #1 a birdhouse! 

I created this Tri-Fold card using the DCWV stack Songbird and the ribbon is from Michaels.

Winner of the Cri-Kits Pens!!!

Good morning all!!! Today I have for you a cute box I found while blogging around. I found all the details for this cute box at SEI Lifestyle. So, I thought I give it a shot and here it is.

It is really fast to do!

After this step, I inked all edges with Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Walnut stain (my fave)

I made two circle punches on each side of wrapper and tied bows to keep box together.

This cute bear I got from a Cut swap I did a while back.

It would be a cute box to put maybe a few baby socks and a gift card.

I did not use the random.org because I had entries from my BFF also. We had more than 60 entries combined.

I put all the names on pieces of paper and my daughter Abby picked one out!

Hello my dear followers and viewers!! Today I am posting the winner of the Basic Grey card set that I showed you guys a few weeks back. But, I did not just want to do a posting not showing you something!

So, today I went to Michaels and let me tell you!!!!! They have some sweet deals going on!!! Beside their 50% coupon, they have ribbon for a $1 and all paper stacks 40% off!! Well, I found these cute notebooks on their dollar bin and decided to give a  shot at decorating one of them!

I used some left over BoBunny paper I had and this is what I came up with!!

One more thing to share with you guys.... I went to a Stampin Up demonstration because I wanted to see and try the products. I really love their inks and if you want all the colors it can, well... expensive. They have these cool little sets called Spot Inks!! I love them!! I got the bright pack and I am saving to buy the other sets!

Onto my projects!!!

My first card is a Joy fold card but.... I have it side ways! I used the Crikit pen adaptor on my Cricut machine and I made sure I follow the instructions on the pressure and speed!!! Please read them, you will be happy if you do! :) I used my Gypsy to draw and then I used the hide contour feature to hide the parts I did not want cut. Make sure you do not unload your mat, just go back to it. 

My next card is a Peek-A-Boo card! Again, I used my Gypsy and used these awesome pens to draw my images and then, without taking out my mat replaced my pen adaptor with the blade and cut the outside of the images! Don't these look awesome?!?!?!

Didn't these turn great?!?!?!?!

I made this card for my lil-sister who will have her graduation this coming October! I am sooooo proud of her. She does play the drums and she is good at it too!!

My first Milk Carton Box~~ Halloween Theme!!!

Hello my dear followers and viewers!! Today as I was blogging I saw on Flowerdisco's Scrap Hut's blog a super cute Milk Carton Box she created!! I loved it so much and since Abby (my daughter) was still sleeping I dived into it!!!

Agnes (Flowerdisco) sent us to Beate Johns from Splitcoaststampers for the detailed instructions! Super easy!!!!

Here it is! I will put some pens and pencils for my son's 4th grade teacher!! If the pencils are too heavy I can probably throw in a rock to make it stay!

Simple B-Day Album and some exciting news!!

Today I am sharing this simple album I did for my brother-in-law.
