Scrappin Roots Blog Hop

Hello all and welcome to the Scrappin Roots Blog Hop!! If you happen to pop in, then make sure you start with Erin

This is hop is for us to remember LAYOUTS!! Remember those?? That is how I actually started with all this craziness! But I have been getting so much into cards that I forget about LOs. I really love to play with my pictures and seeing them on layouts gives me so much satisfaction!  But, as you will see right now, I am contradicting myself because I didn't print pictures for my LOs! LOL Sorry!!!

But, what I did do was create a 2-page layout withOUT using my Cricut and fancy machines!! and then the other two I used my Cricut and my Cuttlebug!

So just be patient with me I have three layouts for you and I hope you can get inspired!

First Up is my Cricut -Less Layout... I used the new DCWV Inmortal Love and chipboard also. Like I mentioned before, I only used a border punch and a circle maker.

For the next two layouts I used the South West Collection from Treasure Box Designs. Aren't they the most adorable cuts!!! I love them!!! and when you purchase them they come in all kinds of formats!!! I used the SVG format and cut them using Make The Cut with my Expression!
The papers I used I bought at small scrapbook stores in So. Cal a while ago. The girl collection is from Creative Imagination and the boy is Sugar Free.

I did not put titles because I don't have pictures for these LOs.... I was thinking of maybe putting them on Ebay and let them be the beginning of my business... hmmmm I'm still thinking about that!

Anyways make sure you guys visit all the ladies and get inspired to create more and more LAYOUTs!!!

Next on the hop:

wait!!! what is a hop without candy?!!?

How about a stamp set Hampton Art ~~All About Friends set!

I only ask that you leave a comment on this post!

I do not ask that you become a follower, but if you do I would love it!!!

And just in case you get lost while hopping, here is the line-up!

Thanks for hopping with us!!!

My Creative Time's Throwback Thursday... on a Friday :)

Hello my dear followers!! Can you believe that after many, many entries to My Creative Time's Throwback Thursday challenge I am now a design team member for Emma!!??!! I am still a bit in shock! :)

This week we had to skip Thursday because of the Peachy Keen release. Did you guys get to take a look at those cuties??? OMGosh they are SOOOOOOO cute!!! Go HERE to see them!!!

Today, for the Throwback Thursday challenge you have to create a project using any of the Paper Doll cartridges and use some kind of  embossing. So here is my project:

Did you see how crisp the stamp stamps?? I love them!!!

I used the following items:
My Creative Time's "I Believe in Leprechauns" stamp set
Peachy Keen Faces (2 different sets)
Paper Doll Dress Up

Here is the stamp set

Now, go over to My Creative Time and play with us!!! and you can also see the other DT projects!! I am sure they will be AWESOME!!!

Flaunt It Friday's Bear in Trash Can.....

Hello All!!! Today is Friday!!! and you know what that means....Get ready to Flaunt it!!! Yes, it's another Flaunt it Friday!!! and the cut for this week is the bear in the trash can from the Give a Hoot cart (page 61).

Don't forget to go check out the rest of the DT's projects! You will for sure be inspired!! Click HERE!

I do not have Give a Hoot. The closest I could come to it without using so many carts was the trashcan with the green monster from the Sesame Street Friends cart. Remember that if you do not own the Give a Hoot cart you can create something similar with other carts.

The paper is DCWV and the stamps (balloon and sentiment) are SU.

Thanks for taking a peek and son't forget to go visit

Good morning all!!! First of all I want to start asking all of you for a prayer for my BFF Gaby... she was in the ER last night and they are running more tests today. I know, that my angel (my grandpa) is watching over her... I just ask please keep her in your prayers.

It's Cooking With Cricut challenge time! It the theme this week is FLOWERS!!! To participate you have to make sure you use at least THREE flowers in your project! Get all the details HERE!

I used the Skunk in Flower Pot from Page Kits

I also used the "You had me at Chocolate" new stamp set from My Creative Time! If you haven't checked these out...well, you are missing it!!! I know I don't do the stamp justice on this card!!! I think I saw someone say that I need to rub something before stamping? I  need to look into it! I don't do much embossing!!

Now, do not forget to visit Cooking With Cricut and take a peek at the beautiful work the DT has for you!

Music Monday Challenge with Erin and Angelica #2

Holllllaaaa!!!! (LOL) This is a little inside joke!! Angelica and Erin will for ever make fun of me for this!! Anyways, it's Music Monday challenge time!!!!! and this time the song Angelica picked is Golden from Jill Scott. So the theme is using gold in your color scheme or representing something golden in your heart... So, my sister, Kich, created this design specially for this challenge!! I used gold in the card and I think it is representing something golden in my heart!

Did you guess who it is??? It's EMMA!!!!! I love this cute sentiment from Peachy Keen and I wanted to do this card because well, SHE DID IT!!!! She finally got her stamps out!!! and can I say, THEY ARE AWESOME!!! I think it is representing something golden in my heart because I appreciate being part of her DT!!

If you would like this cute design make sure you visit Kich and Bleus Designs become a follower and leave a comment telling me you wish to have this image!

Thanks for taking a peek!!!!!
