Dilo En Español Reto #3/Dilo En Español Challenge #3

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you are having a beautiful week! I have TONS of things going on right now! I am going to be designing for a paper piecing company!! and I am also going to be designing for a newer stamp company!! I am sooo excited! But, I just can't spill the beans right now!// ANDDDDD we have a NEW RELEASE NEXT WEEK!!! Yes, I have two full sets coming out, as well as some mini sets!!! Feliz viernecito a todas!! Espero que esta semana haya sido buenisima para todas! Tengo miles de cosas ocurriendome ahorita! Estare diseñando para una compañia de SVGs!! y también estare diseñando para una compañia mas nuevona de sellos en inglés! Estoy super emocionada!! Pero, todavia no les puedo platicar que compañia es! Estas traducciones del inglés no siempre son las mismas.. jajaja en inglés se dice "spill the beans" en español la traducción es " tirar los frijoles" jajaja osea que todavia no les puedo tirar los frijoles!! ahhhh pero tenemos "SOLTAR LA SOPA"!!! todavía no les puedo soltar la sopa!! YYYYYY tendremos nuevos sellitos!!! La semana entrante estaremos anunciandolos!!! Serán dos sets grandes y varios minis!!

Hello everyone and HAPPY Friday! I need my weekend sooo bad! But, I started the fun today! I got my Stamp Of The Week from Unity Stamps Co. and I got to creating! I signed up after their first week and I am LOVING so much! I told myself that If I was going to do this weekly thing, that I was going to create at least one card everytime I got it! So, I am soooo happy that I have kept my word!!!

For this week, I used My Mind's Eye~Lost & Found , Market Street collection paper, ribbon from SU, and Paper Studio and I also used a little Tim Holtz paper clip. Oh my heart was from a Cricut cart! I can't remember which one!!

Onto Challenge #1 for this year! This challenge we had not done before and I enjoyed creating my card for it! Always felt very challenged when I saw this theme! But, that is why they are called challenges right? The theme is MONOCHROMATIC, create anything you like, be it a card, LO, bag, box, ect the only thing you have to watch is that you are using the same tones of the color you choose!

Y pues a darle comienzo a los retos de este año! Este reto nunca antes lo habíamos hecho y me divertí a miles haciendo mi tarjetita! Siempre me sentí media burra para este tema, pero por eso se le llaman retos no? El tema es que tu proyecto (ya sea tarjeta, LO, cajita, bolsita, lo que sea) sea MONOCROMATICO! Solo le tienes que poner atención a que los colores que uses sean de la misma gama de colores.

My Creative Time's Throwback Thursday!

Hello everyone! Remember when I use enter Emma's challenges!! OMG it has been ages and I do miss it a lot!!! I remember at one point staying up that Wednesday before to know what the challenge was so that I could be first!!! LOL Yes! It became a little bit of an addiction!

Well, today is the last day to enter her challenge and I think this is one of the few times where I get to create something with a purpose other than to enter a challenge.

I have a student who had surgery and I wanted to create a card for him. He is a senior and played football last season and actually I think he played all four years! Well, he is going to be out of the classroom for 6 weeks!! He will be missed! He is a fun kid to have in a class!

So here is my card! I used Paper Doll for Everyday for the little guy and Peachy Keen's Laughy Taffy Face assortment. I also used My Creative Time's Touchdown and Pain Pain Go Away for the sentiments. Paper is DCWV.

I didn't want to put to much on the card, this is a 18 year old I am giving it to and did not want the card to look to girlie or playful! 

I had fun doing this! This is my first time using this cart!!! Just got it in December!!

I'm back!!!!!

WOW I have been really MIA!! My last post was the 19th of December!! I went to Mexico for the holidays and really had not had the time to scrap at all! But, since today we don't have to go to work, I stayed up last night scrapping! 

I created a cute card using one of my favorite stamps ever!!! Madelynn!! She is just the CUTEST thing ever!!! She is a retired stamp from The Greeting Farm.
