I Love Lucy Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the first ever I Love Lucy Blog Hop!!!!!!! I am soooo excited to be hosting this hop because "I Love Lucy" is one of my TOP favorite shows!!! I never get tired of watching them!! NEVER!! I actually put a DVD on when i'm cooking and even if I don't watch it and I just listen to the shows, I know exactly what is happening. That's how bad I am!!
I have all the DVD series and some others that I have found on her. I also have her Barbie doll collection! I think I am missing about three of them! Anyways!! Let's get to the fun part!!
I found some crafty gals that have a love for Lucy as well and we got together to create this blog hop! I assigned each gal an episode and from there they got inspired to create!!! I know these will be WONDERFUL!!! So let's get this Lucy Party started!!!

My inspiration was from Season 5 #20 Lucy Gets a Paris Gown and just in case you are forgetting which show this is, here is a peek of it:

And here is my card:

Materials:
DCWV La Creme Stack
Nifty Fifties Cartridge
Nestabilities Labels 4
Bling from Collection
Offray Ribbon (look-alike burlap)
Sentiment "I Love Lucy" Inspired
Elmer's Glue "No Wrinkle"
Now, what would a hop be without some awesome candy?!?!?!

I Love Lucy Doll

Italian Charm Bracelet with I Love Lucy Charms
SEI Paper Collection
SEI Ribbon Assortment
Sticker Assortment
Handmade Flower assorted color pack
Elmer's Glue

What do you have to do in order to win some of the goodies?? Leave me a comment and tell me how bad your Lucy addiction is, and if you don't have an addiction for Lucy then do you have another "healthy" addiction?!? :)

and here is the AWESOME line-up for you to visit:

I fell in love with Lucy as a little girl, watching the episodes with my grandma. I followed her later shows, but I Love Lucy was the best. I have many trinkets, books, memorabilia, etc in my studio, and everyone knows to get me something Lucy themed if they want to see me smile! In 6th grade, she passed away and my mom let me watch the coverage on her death and I remember weeping. I even saved the tissue in my diary! By the way, LOVE the paris dress episode.

Oh wow...watching that Lucy clip really brought back some memories and your card is a perfect tribute to that episode...I love it!
Well, I don't have a Lucy obsession, though I always loved her show...but I do have a similar obsession with the show "Friends".
I have every season on DVD and watch it every single night when I go to bed! (Poor hubby...he never complains when he has to listen to the friends song every night!) LOL!
It funny, because I can relate to what you said about putting in the DVD's and without watching...just listening you know exactly what's going on!
Love the idea for this blog hop!
One day maybe I'll do a FRIENDS blog hop!

I've been so excited about this blog hop.... why???? because I am from Jamestown, NY (you know that but others don't)the birth place of Lucille Ball!

We all have grandparent stories around this area with Lucy. My Grandpa Rhodes lived next door to Lucy when they were kids. She was same age as my Uncle Cecil and he, Grandpa and Lucy would walk to Washington Jr. HS together. They all lived on 23rd St.

Great hop!

On my myspace page under the section of people I'd like to meet- it lists Lucille Ball because I think it would be awesome to have been able to spend a few minutes with this awesome lady!
